We’re hiring a Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA-C) near Sierra Vista, Arizona. Job Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care, including history and physical exams, assessment, and treatment planning
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient or community hospital-based setting (as applicable)
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests; communicate results and next steps to patients
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Perform common procedures within scope and competency (training and support provided as needed)
• Document visits accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Educate patients and families on conditions, prevention, and follow-up care

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current PA-C certification (NCCPA) or ability to obtain
• Eligible for Arizona licensure (or already licensed)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain; fees may be reimbursed)
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and a patient-first approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Status: Full-time (2,080 hours annually)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Salary Range: $100,725.73 to $142,225.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 for a 3-year commitment
• Relocation Assistance: $15,000
• CME: 5 paid CME days plus $4,500 annual CME stipend
• Paid Time Off: 20 vacation days per year + 10 sick days per year
• Paid Holidays: 10 paid holidays
