Our client, located in Coastal California, is seeking an ACNO/Assistant Chief Nursing Officer to oversee all of the Departments within a Critical Access Hospital. 

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

BSN or MSN.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the management of the departments within the hospital. Has 24-hour accountability for the management of personnel, fiscal, and material resources. Coordinates the scheduling of department staff according to patient acuity; maintains and monitors staffing records and statistics. Supervises and leads assigned personnel in the day-to-day operation of the Hospital Reports to the CNO. 

MUST-HAVE

*Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

*2+ years of nursing experience in nursing Administration

*BSN or MSN preferred
