A leading healthcare provider in the Eastern Sierra region is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join its dedicated Rehabilitation Services team. Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active California SLP license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA – required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – must obtain within 2 months of hire and maintain ongoing.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Two years of professional experience in outpatient and/or acute care settings.
• Clinical experience in geriatrics and/or pediatrics.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
• Specialty certification through ASHA or other recognized boards is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, independent clinical judgment, and adaptability in a rural healthcare environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Range: $49.65 – $69.36 (based on career ladder qualifications and experience).
• Schedule: Full-time, 4x10-hour day shifts with options for Mon–Thurs or Tues–Sat, plus occasional weekend/holiday on-call coverage.
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
