Our client near Baton Rouge, Louisiana has two full-time permanent Dentist positions that offer a $20,000 Sign-On bonus! They pride themselves on a family-oriented environment and actively participate in local events such as the Annual Christmas Celebration, Fishing Rodeo, and Mardi Gras. The facilities have state-of-the-art technology, including CT machines, intraoral scanners, and the latest dental care equipment. The ideal candidate has one year of experience, comfortable with all ages, Board Certified, and can start within 60 days of accepting the role. 

Key Responsibilities of the Dentist:

• Manage a significant volume of walk-in patients primarily for treatments such as toothaches, endodontic treatments, and extractions.
• Perform comprehensive general dentistry services.
• Flexible patient assignment and scheduling, including the ability to double book, stagger appointments, and manage multiple columns.
• Develop long-term patient relationships, with patients assigned directly to you after initial visits.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 4 PM and Friday: 8 AM to 3 PM
• No late appointments; all providers leave by the end of their shift.
