Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled OT services to improve ADLs, mobility, and functional independence
• Treat patients in inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Arizona OT license
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer/EMR proficiency
• Knowledge of safe patient handling and body mechanics
