Physical Therapist – Outpatient | Full-Time | Southern Oregon

A leading healthcare system in Southern Oregon is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions
• Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based techniques
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
• Document in Epic EMR and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain efficient workflow with 1-hour patient visits

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (Oregon or Compact License required)
• BLS (AHA) required
• Outpatient experience required
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Compensation & Schedule

• $45 – $62/hour (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends or call
• Relocation assistance available
