Job Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to the team, ensuring positive patient experiences
• Communicates with team members, promoting an understanding of the patients’ needs
• Application of dental treatment modalities for the prevention of dental diseases.
• Treatment of dental disease.
• Restoration of defective or decayed teeth.
• Creation of restorations, crowns, bridges, or dentures.
• Dental procedures performed in the oral cavity.
• Performance of surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in and about the oral cavity.
• Educates the patient in oral and dental hygiene.
• Manage cases presenting with out-of-the ordinary dental health problems, to include patients with behavioral problems.

Job Requirements:

• D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited university.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
• Have completed a pediatric dentistry residency
• Strong chairside manner with a commitment to quality patient care.
• Dedication to continuing education and personal development.
