Currently looking for a pharmacist with experience in Oncology or someone who would like to get into Oncology Pharmacy. Must have inpatient hospital experience.

Residency is a plus!

Will look at New Grads with strong interest and recent rotations in oncology!

Responsibilities of the Oncology Pharmacist:

• The pharmacist is responsible for the safe delivery of quality patient care through the following activities: entry, evaluation, and verification of treatment and therapy plans in Epic Beacon; collaboration with providers on new therapies, patient education, drug reviews and formulary presentations, precepting students and residents, monitoring and treatment of therapy related toxicities, as well as serving as a drug information expert.

Requirements of the Oncology Pharmacist:

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience. 
• Recent Oncology pharmacy experience is preferred, will look s at New Grads and someone with inpatient experience and strong interest in Oncology.
• Dayshift
