A growing healthcare system in Southwestern Arizona is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its interdisciplinary rehab team. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient and caregiver education, including home programs
• Document services in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Arizona SLP license (or eligible)
• ASHA CCC-SLP or eligible CFY candidate
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40 – $51 per hour (DOE)
• Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 (2-year commitment)

• Relocation Assistance:

$5,000 (2-year)

• Three months temporary housing provided (taxable benefit)
