Skills Required of the Urgent Care NP/PA Opportunity:
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Valid state licensure in the state of OR or ability to obtain
- Previous experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred
- Proficiency in performing minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
